Early Access Review Early Acces Stand 09.10.2016 Have been getting the Game to me a long Time ago because the Design Reminded me a little of Banner Saga. I suppose that is also so intentional. Since this is an Early Access title, of course, a lot can still change, so consider my Recession a Snapshot. I rate according to a simple School Node system that is certainly familiar to Most of the Here (1-Good 5-Surtn bad) Sound/Music: Satisfying (3) The Sound effects in the Fights lack a little Bit of Force, but this is a matter Of pure taste. The Music repeats itself continuously (Early Access) Currently no Voice-over Control: Good (2) Sets very comfortable with the Mouse taxes, the Clicks are very accurate to my time, so there is nix to complain about. Story: Good (2) The Reason I bought the Game was the Setting, the Idea behind it is nice and at least something halfway different from the usual Elves and Orcs. In the End, you are a Clan Head who has to get his Clan through, so you have to "manage" the City and to go on Prey or Missions. The Way you are slowly introduced to the Game is pleasant and at the same time a bit demanding. System: Good (2) The Combat System is a typical Witchfield board. This is what the FIgurs are moving on, who have 2 Skills attack and defense (and of course also Movement). Playing cards were inserted to make the Fights a bit more "tactical." These are all Variants of Boosers that are known from usual Card Games. + 1 Attack 3 Defense etc. Nothing new, but makes the otherwise right-wing fights nicer. Something that was at least new to me. You start every Fight with your Starting House and only then draw your Heroes (Companions). This is pure Luck if you have to wait 1 Lap or 2. Every Hero you get to it has its own Story, its own patterns of Behaviour. That's really nice and I'm hoping for more depth in the final Version as well. As In Banner Saga, travelling is like an Umbrella on which you can see your Ship swimming. Every now and then something happens, and you decide for diamonds, which you want to do. Example, you see a stranded Ship, what do you want to do? Continue? Looking for Survivors? Looking for Stuff? Language: I have not looked again now, but I only have available in English, I simply recommend you use a Translator in the Background with "more unusual" words that have not been learned at Oxford English. Difficulty: I have put more in the sand In various Strategy Titles than here. It is, I contend, average. You should never run face to your Opponent's Fist In a tactical game either way. That is also true here. Xcom Strategists will pretty certainly have no Problems, neither Will people who have put all the People through in Banner Saga. Why buy this Game in Early Access in the First place? I cannot tell you this in a sweeping way, everyone has to decide this for themselves. For me it is clear, the Setting and the Implementation agrees with me a lot. Furthermore, for Friends of relevant Literature, be it in Film or Book Form, the Excursion is also something nice to be Jarl yourself;) So I hope the View Has helped you a little.
