There's not much to say about that. Just press SPACE. That should be enough. Only one key, eh?

You are not able to look in more than only one direction (notice something?). And that is forwards. (Un)fortunately you're also able to go back. 

Spikes are deadly, as well as the colourful corrupted thingys, blah, blah, blah.
