The Plot

The Lagrange Grid will be a RTS game based in space where Humanity has to build a fleet to repel an alien invador that is threatening to turn Earth into an ice ball by blocking sunlight with a grid being build out of misterious hexagons at the Lagrange point L1.

Mine asteroids, build ships and destroy the enemy!

This game is still in a pre-alpha stage and in active development (it doesn't even have sound effects yet!). For now, I'm just uploading the Linux version. Soon, there will be a more complete version (a full demo mission) on all Desktop operating systems.

If you want to try it, all feedback is welcome, just remember, this is super early development yet. Just pure game mechanics.

Commands

• Spacebar: hide or show the map
• ESC: if no units are selected, will exit the game
• Mouse and arrow keys: move around the world
• S: Stop
• M: Mine (for miner ship). Select the asteroid to mine.
• A: Attack (for fighters and battle cruiser). Select your target
• B: Build (for space station)
• R: Return cargo to closed space station (for mine ship)
