Theme: Delay the inevitable

>Your colony is under attack by an unknown alien race with limitless manpower. Get yourself to your defense post and try >to delay them for as long as possible so the colonists can escape.“

“The Last Stand” is a 2D wave defense strategy game where the objective is to defeat an unlimited amount of enemies while trying to manage upgrades and ammunition with time-consuming resource collection in an unforgiving timeframe.

The game features a **small tutorial in-game** but the basics are:

>- Each machine has **two buttons**: **Interact and Upgrade**

>- **Interacting** with the **Control Panel** you are able to control the two Cannons, **left and right**, each can be used with the corresponding **mouse button**

>- **Gain Iron** by using the **Fabricator** to the **right of the Control Panel**

>- **Gain Energy** by using the **Charger** to the **left of the Control Panel**

>- **Iron is used for upgrading**

>- **Energy is used for charging the Cannons**
