The Roma Project

The Roma Project is an interactive fiction story that follows the life of Catherine Bannister in the mid 16th century England. Through evidence from primary and secondary sources, the Roma Project lays out the life of a Roma as it possibly was in England, where the population and the government was turning to persecute the Roma population. The interactive story is aimed to discover why the tides were turning against the Roma and what happened. It is a story of a persecuted group and a women within dealing with these persecutions or possibly avoiding them for the good of herself and her own family.

The project started in early 2021 and was finished in May of 2021 as a university project. All the source information is cited in Chicago Citation Style and sourced on each tile and a bibliography tile.

There is no payment necessary for this story, however a donaton of any amount would be appreciated! The project is to study history and a people that have been stereotyped and discriminated against in the past and today. Learning more about the Roma people is the most important part of the project, as well as the mentalities surrounding them.
