Early Access Review!!! English Review Below!!!
As a Friend of Undeni-based Strategy, especially those with RPG elements, I can recommend this Game all The way to my heart. It is a successful and spongy game with relative tactical Depth and hardly any Weak Points.
Pro: + Laff-based with individual LvL-Ups of troops + Solid game Mechanics (Individual Upgrade and LvL-Up of the Units Management as well as Units management) + Solid combat Mechanics (Buffs/debuff/status Effecte/LoS/Flankier-Boni/morality system) + Fast bug free + Committed Dev.
+ pretty Much Content for Early Access + Motion System in the Missions (a Mix of Choose-your-own-Adventure And Darkest Dungeon) + cute and savoury voice-acting contra:-Battlefield cards could tolerate more variation draught (obstacle Special Field/Objects)-Currently no German Translation (but fairly easy to understand English)-Engine Slowdown at longer sessions (Reboot it fixes) The Game Mechanics are solid and the Basis for later extensions these are Also available for the same. Only the individual Battlefields are still very spartan and over time some wasteland, more Variation in Representation.objects, which Distribute LoS block or Boni/Mali as well as a more varying distribution of Enemies would strongly counter this Problem Come.
Bugs have not yet occurred to me during my (currently 22h) playing Time (Flickering Shadows on the highest Graphics setting), nor were there any Crashes or anything like that. However, the Engine slows down Drastically during longer Sessions. However, a reboot of the Game fixes this Problem.
The Game is intended as Rogue-like with permanent Death, but the Dev has implemented a simple Level of Difficulty on the Request of the Community (in a Patch over the weekend!!), which, among other things, allows free saving. However, the original Difficulty level (not too wrongly written to "Hard") remains almost unchanged.
All in all, Fans of Lap Strategy will already find Material here (7 Days after Release) for a few Hours and In the Dedication and drive that the Dev showed in this short Time, I think that this is a great Game!!!! English Review!!!
As a fan of Turn Based Games, especially one with RPG-Elements, I can wholeheartedly recommend this game. It is a well done, fun and tactically quite deep game with few weakpoints.
Pro: + Turn Based with individual troop LvL-Up + Solid game mechanics (Individual Unit upgrades and unit management) + solid battle mechanics (Buffs/Debuffs/Status-Effects/LoS/Flanking-Boni/Morality System) + almost Bug-Free + engaged Dev.
+ quite a lot of content for Early Access + Movement System in missions (a mix of Choose-your-own-Adventure and Darkest Dungeon) + Nice and heartfelt Voice-Acting Contra:-Battlefield maps could use more diversity and depth (Blockades/special tiles/objects)-No German translation as now (but quite easy to understand English)-Engine slowdown when playing for a prolongend amount of time (restart fixes it) The game mechanics are solid and the groundwork for later expansions of the system are all in place. However the battle-maps are quite empty and therefore get repetitive rather quickly. A nice variety of Objects that grant Boni or Mali or block LoS As well as a more varied positioning of the enemies would be a big step into the right direction.
I didn't notice any gamebreaking bugs during my (as of writing 22h) game time save for flickering shadows on the highest graphic settings. But there's a significant engine slowdown in longer game sessions. A quick restart easily fixes them though.
The game is a Rogue-like with permadeath, however on request of the community the Dev implemented (over the span of ONE weekend!!) In Easy-Mode which among other things allows you free saving. The original is still there though almost untouched (it's not named hard for nothing though:D) Fans of Turn-Based games will already (7 days after Early Access release) find material for quite a few hours worth of fine tactical enjoyment. Also with the motivation and dedication the Dev has displayed the past few days, I honestly believe that we are witnessing the birth of a beautiful and grand game!
