Thought-Out!
About
Thought-Out! Is a game I created during my B-Tech year of my Visual Communication course to go along with my Thesis to be exhibited at the end of the year. The Thesis itself looked at how a game could be designed that could help children to cope with parental divorce, the research I conducted led me to build a game that could teach a child how to confide in somebody and tell the difference between a trustworthy and untrustworthy person.
Truth be told, this game was made in only a few months using a program called Stencyl, which I had never used before and is very experimental, buggy and short. I definitely wouldn't recommend using it as a psycho therapeutic game as I did not even get time to focus test it. Until I have gained more experience as a both game developer and a psychologist, I have decided to put the game on hold.
HOWEVER,
This game is very pretty, entertaining to fool around with and free so please give it a try and let me know what you think!
This game was designed, animated and coded by me alone. I'd give credit to the person who did the soundtrack because I don't do music, but there is no music in this game so OH WELL.CONTROLS-
Eh, don't worry it opens with a tutorial... infact it mostly is the tutorial.
