Timescape (Okaime)

Timescape is a game about time and it's flow. You control a being with a magic hourglass that gives him the power of time, allowing him to create a chrono clone, time control objects and beings and a shield. In this universe an mysterious power is corrupting all creatures and turning them into monsters, you have to discover how to solve it.
