Trials of Cascadia

Take a journey through Cascadia with new Paladin recruit Isaac and his best friend Orman. Nothing is as it seems however, when they discover that the history books they read as children may not be telling the entire story. Recruit a variety of allies and travel the world via land, sea and air to uncover a plot that could doom all of civilization.

Trials of Cascadia is a classic JRPG inspired by the likes of old school Square Enix RPGs, but with a style all of its own. Featuring custom art, unique characters and skills, thrilling action sequences and beautiful locales to explore, Cascadia seeks to recapture those feelings of nostalgia from our childhoods.

Handcrafted World:

-An in-depth story. Explore Cascadia in a classic narrative to uncover the world's true history, that spans multiple continents, and possibly multiple dimensions. Who can you really trust? Sometimes you must make difficult choices, and sometimes your karma will come around in future instances.

-Custom art, including hand drawn busts, animated battlers, battlebacks, icons, and spell animations

-Custom sound and music, reminiscent of 90's JRPGs

-Optional side quests and hidden areas strewn throughout the world map

-Atmospheric vistas. Four towns and four dungeons (one with puzzles) currently completed, and many more to come

-A plethora of items and equipment to discover. With randomized treasure, loot will be slightly different every time

-Over 50 plugins utilized to enhance the game world. Recommended to have a decent computer

Frenetic Combat:

-8 unique characters, each with their own stories, roles, abilities and skill augments. Mix and match for your favorite group

-Build TP with normal attacks, and then spend them on flashy spells and specials. There is no MP

-Get lucky with bonus attacks, and special abilities get stronger with use

-Delay enemy actions and cancel spells altogether with instant cast abilities

-Use elemental debuffs from offensive magic spells to stack weaknesses on your enemy

-Unleash devastating 5 TP ultimate attacks

-But beware, they can return the favor

-Bosses may also use special mechanics so stay on your toes

-Over 50 different enemies for you to encounter, including rare enemies, each with their own moveset
