I supported this Game at Kickstarter And chose the PS4, the Developers were so nice and additionally gave me a Steam Key as I want to make a comparison video later as soon as the PS4 Version comes out. However, this does not affect my Opinion. The Game: Trtransferbrook is a Point and Click game funded by Kickstarter, I myself supported and followed the Project at that time. The Developers have given themselves a lot of effort with the Artworks, the Characters and the Story, have provided many Updates and repeatedly communicated the Progress of the Game. Story: Set in a small Village in Germany in 1967, Troverbrook tells the Story Of HANS Tannhauser the physics Student from USA who by Chance won a Trip to Traverbrook, with arriving at the beautiful yet strange Place, also begins Already his Evening At night, of which he has no idea yet. Gameplay: With the Mouse controlled, you move Hans in the Game from one Place to another, allowing him to solve Puzzles, find Objects and read Newspaper articles. Throughout the Game you come across many different and some strange Character, all with their own Charisma, the Dialogues are kept simple and simple, the Puzzles kept logical and quite simple, if you open your Eyes well, they are actually even Very light. The Music is beautiful and the Graphics also what makes the Game so special. The Total Length is 5-7h including credits, depending on how to Play. Puzzles: I like to play Point and click games, the Puzzles are often tricky and you have to think carefully, unfortunately exactly this Mechanics at Troverbrook was not implemented so great, the Puzzles are not bad, but in my Opinion too simple, there are no Combinations that you can Also the number Puzzles like Vault number or Telegram Number are already predetermined and Can be inserted almost Automatically by clicking, which I personally find very bad. The most difficult thing about this Game is actually just that you can very quickly overlook something and accordingly take a little longer until you finally see it. Graphic: The Game was well implemented with a lot of love and small Details, most of them you might only notice if you come from the 90s in the Early 2000s, such as the old Rooms in Hostels/Hotels or the good old yellow Phone Booth, etc. If you look closely, you will see a lot of old Things that no longer exist today or hardly any more. You kind of indulge in Nostalgia. The Characters look a bit weird, but I like that, you haven't tried to create Top Models or Beauties here like in many of today's Games. Each Character has his own Charm, one is nice the other doof and the other again unkind or poppy, as in real Life stop, for some it is just therefore clapped Figures, for me they are special because exactly that is special , they stand out from others. Soundtrack: The Music is the best thing about the whole Game with the graphics, very nice soundtracks with It, very great Atmosphere through wind, birds etc. I would almost say that the Music is one Reason why you want to rip this Game through. Conclusion: Whether €30€ is fair for a Game that goes about 5-7h, everyone has to decide for themselves, I liked the Game, but I felt it a bit too easy, at least as far as the Puzzles are concerned, some just lacked the Information or clicked through , there is nothing you need to combine yourself, which unfortunately quickly dampens the Fun factor then, the Dialogues are kept simple and repeat themselves quite quickly, the End takes away the Game somewhat the mystical, who does not want this should skip the maybe after The End Credits. What convinced me most was the Graphics, the Characters and especially the Sound track. I recommend the Game in any Case further, especially if you are Point and Click fan, but would possibly wait for a Sale of at least 30-50%. I think €20would have been a good Price, €30p I find a little too little in terms of scope.
