Two Worlds is a 2D platformer, where the player is losing themselves inside the alternate reality of social media through their phone. Decipher what’s real and fake as social media overpowers the natural world and escape the glitching world to come out the other side appreciating the beauty of real life. 

You play as 14-year-old Harper Stall, who just moved to Oregon with her dad. Still mourning the loss of her mother and having been moved to a new town with no friends, Harper begins to isolate herself within the self-advertised "perfect world" of social media. One day after a string of bad luck, Harper discovers a portal that leads to a happier, digital version of her life. However, this social media world soon begins to corrupt itself and will push Harper past her limits. Join Harper in her journey to understand both the benefits and risks of social media in this fun-paced adventure platform game. 

  Meet the Characters: 
Meet our protagonist, Harper. Note the scar on her neck from the car accident that changed her life.

Meet Harper's Dad. It's been a struggle raising a teenage daughter on his own after a move across the country, but he's doing his best. Meet Harper's mom. While she only exists in the digital world, she's still the same wise and caring mom that Harper misses every day.

How to play: 

Walk - A/D keys or Left/Right arrow keys

Dash - N or Z keys

Climb - M + W keys or X + Up Arrow Key 

Jump - Spacebar 

Use the mouse to navigate through the story and use dashing to get over any cliffs
