Pressing ESC now closes the game.

Personality, I had a problem with a controller on the final build (not development build). If the character seems to be mashing all the commands at once, please consider removing the connection of the controller from the computer, and using the keyboard instead. Thanks!

*NOTE: fixed the typo on Dark Schippie Dues name, fixed bug with summon disappearing when you had two lives left since falling off ledge, changed controls on keyboard to be a bit more accommodating.
