Village Hero

Hello everyone! 

This is my new game and its a game I have made for my University module. I have always wanted to make an RPG top down game and well this was my chance. I was able to spend a lot of time on this as it was my course work and I have enjoyed every hour of it. Even when I struggled with it.  This game is build in Unity 3D HDRP which may need a bit more resources than the usual unity games.

 This game is called Village Hero. Its an RPG top down, with mouse controls and some keyboard controls for quick action, inventory and pause.

I hope you enjoy it and let me know your thoughts.

As always feedback is appreciated. I shall update this over the course of the next few months as I would like to add more quests, more equipment more dialogue etc.

Story:

Your village is attacked. Its all up to you. Save the villagers, defeat the army of orcs and find out who is behind this horribleness.  Become the village hero they need you to be. 

Genre:

RPG top down where you control the character with the mouse and a few keyboard keys.

Controls:

Left mouse button move to a spot. You can only move so many spaces in front so you need to find you path there. If an enemy is on the spot the icon will change to a sword clicking the mouse button again it will lead to you attacking the enemy.

If there is an NPC a chat icon will appear so you will be able to chat.

There are different icons for different actions. Like pick ups etc.

Escape - Pause menu.

I - inventory

1-6 quick action bar.

Q - quest tab.

S - Quick save

L - Quick Load

Delete - Quick delete of  your save.
