In a (under)world where every driver is mad and you're the only one who is trying your best to be sane. Pick up your passengers and drive them to their destination while do your best to follow traffic rules (We drive on the left side of the street in this game). 

The better you are at obeying the traffic law:

• The closer it is for you to get out of the "ghost state" (Ghost state = the state where you can drive through other cars) 
• The faster it is for you to get out of this hell hole full of drunken and mad drivers.
