You really have a bad habit of dozing off on the job, don't you... 

Before it wasn't a problem, but your new boss is a bit, shall we say; eccentric, what with him making a game out of everything from the interview process, to the pass code to the main gate. You'd think he values these sorts of games over all else, huh.
