This is 'which surrounded', a new video game from Outhouse Media. The Japanese title of this game is Keitai Retsuden ~Kanzen de Kinen~, literally translated as 'The Slaughter of Metal'. A Japanese translation of this game is also available on Nintendo Virtual Console, but doesn't have an English version yet. There isn't much gameplay to be seen in this game, but it does feature some pretty heavy fighting action, with characters such as Samurai and Mechenaries being involved.
The game begins with the player taking control of an ex-con Iori, who has been caught up in the conspiracies of rival clans who wish to take over the nation through terrorizing soldiers. Next up is the work of two former shinigami named Zaimokuji, who secure the fate of the nation by maligning their fellow warriors and putting them inescapable chains. From there, the player takes control of various factions of soldiers and shinigami who were involved in the conspiracies. All of the factions are involved in the conspiracy to bring about the destruction of the country, so it is pretty exciting to see what the players' characters are capable of as they try to get things back on track, and to do that they'll need to make some gains along the way. There's a lot of action to be had here, and while there's a fairly easy to pick-up-and-play aspect to the game's structure that doesn't require any pre-knowledge, I must warn that it will take some
