Theme was The other side of the coin.
Why God Why! in this game you play as a god! You help little humans with pizza delivery. Remove obstacles from their path as they are very stubborn and don't follow traffic rules. Your task is to keep them safe at cost of other people life and also distribute free pizza!!! Beware your little human are not considerate of amount of work you had to do, to keep them safe as they will never understand the struggle of the other side.
