San Federico is a small, yet extremely busy city. It's almost completely full of office buildings, where workers work from sunrise to sunset. Office workers get a mere 30 minutes to eat lunch, and almost all of them work in the higher floors. Due to their lack of time, food delivery services are their only hope of eating lunch before their break ends.

This issue has caused numerous restaurants to open in San Federico. Since most office workers need too much time (over 5 minutes... phew!) to reach the restaurants,  food delivery becomes essential for them to endure their work and miserable existence. Unsurprisingly, food delivery services have become a highly competitive industry in the city. Only the most skilled, fastest deliverymen are able to survive working there.

One day, a mysterious helmeted man in a motorized wheelchair appeared in one of San Federico's most well known restaurants - famous San Federico's Take Away - asking for work as a deliveryman. Dismissing his proposal as a joke, the owner offers him work as a cashier instead. However, the only cashier the restaurant had manages to convince the owner to give the wheelchair man a chance. The owner begrudgingly hires the wheelchair-bound man, expecting him to last less than a day...
