Windshield Warfare
About
Was the theme of the 2022 edition of the Stunjam, a 48h-long game jam taking place in Rennes, a French city located in Britany.
Being a phonetic theme, it aims to lead to a wide variety of ideas.
We choose to work on the "balais" meaning of it, in English: "broom".
So what is it all about?
In Windshield Warfare you'll have to compete to put your larvae in as many dead insect bodies as possible while being careful in avoiding the wipers which will make you lose points and positioning.
The first version of the game implements local multiplayer with up to 4 players, one of them being able to play with a keyboard, and implements the most important features: the movements, the capture & the wipers.
The game was made by 3 people:
