World End ECONOMiCA is a three-part Visual Novel from Spicy Tails, the first Part of which was published in 2014 by the Publisher Sekai project on Steam. The Sci-fi VN revolves around the moon-born young Yoshiharu Kawaura, who ran away from home to fulfill a big Dream. He wants to put his Foot where no Man has been before. However, Since he can't imagine becoming a Scientist or a Spaceman and more of a Talent for Trading stocks, he wants to achieve that Dream in other Ways ... By Providing money ... Very much Money. So he starts as a young Boy, far Away from his Home On the Lunar Colony with stock Trading wherever he can. Even when he finds himself in a Church whose Owner of homeless Children offers a Place when she can. The Story centers on the run away boy, who is being pursued by Police for that Reason and on the Stock Trading Hal runs, just as an Investment contest in which new Talent Is sought. The Visual Novel is one of the longer ones with about 30 – 50 Reading hours in total, but this Time is divided into Thirds, since each Episode of World End ECONOMiCA is about the same length. Unlike many Visual Novels, no Decisions need to be made here and it reads more like a classic Novel and is also referred to as a Cinema novel. Unfortunately, this quite decreases the Reading Value, as the Story cannot gain any other Tangents and Branches. Nevertheless, the Story is well worked out and brings interesting Reading hours if you can make friends with the Topic of Stock trading and tragic Individual Chic. The Story is very economically strong and many Things are explained in Detail. This is partly because the Story is written by Isuna Hasekura, the Author of the Spice And Wolf Lightnovel-series. The Humour doesn't fail to do so, even if the Story as a whole denounces rather on the Side of the Tragedies, which are well rounded off by sympathetic Characters and an unproblematic Main Character. Visually, the UN makes a solid impression, even if it doesn't exactly run out of rank for others. The Artworks and character sprites have succeeded well and make the Backgrounds, even if the Architecture of the Slums on the Moon seems a bit bald, a lot ago. As for optical Effects, the UN is somewhat ailing, as very often for no apparent Reason it is displayed and disguised again. The Timing of many Effects is somewhat dislocated, which is a graphical Downer. The Soundtrack past is stylistically good for the Design and Setting of the UN and makes a good Impression with its high Audio Quality. However, there are no Speakers for the individual Characters. Overall, the UN makes a solid impression, even if it suffered from some minor technical diseases when I read it. This is thanks to taking the limit of the Engine, as the first Episode is set up on the RenPy Engine. In the Meantime, however, the UN received a few Patches that have fixed some Minor Diseases. All a good UN with interesting but heavy Food. The Story progresses only leisurely and much is embellished in Detail. Those who do not make friends with the Style of Good Hasekura And are on a leisurely, well-mixed Story can unhesitatingly pounce on this Part, even if a Cliffhanger to the second Episode does not fail, because after all, World End ECONOMiCA is yes. A Trilogy.
