About

Set in a fictitious environment inspired by ports and landmarks from around the globe, in World Ship Simulator you can captain magnificent vessels on the high seas in an expansive open world and begin your career in the maritime industry.
Start from humble beginnings with a single ship and successfully complete a selection of jobs that earn you experience to take on more demanding contracts with greater rewards. Use your hard earned cash to repair your vessel and purchase new ships building a successful shipping company as you progress.Features
  • Six ships to captain
  • Download and share ships with Steam Workshop support
  • An open world with no loading screens between ports
  • A career mode that will allow players to complete jobs to earn money and experience
  • Changing weather conditions including storms and fog that affects ocean wave height
  • Manipulate time to make those long treks across the ocean pass much more quickly
  • Crew on board the vessel
  • Leave your ship at port to accept missions

Providing a combination of speed and luxury, this extravagant speed boat is well worth the price tag. Some of your best moments in this vessel will be cruising the sea without a care in the world.

The port boat is indispensable in a variety of different roles around the port from escorting large container ships to moving navigational markers – you will always be in demand in your sturdy reliable tug!

This massive bulk carrier is a monster of the seas and tasked to transport loose cargo such as grains & coal across the world. It may not be the fastest ship on the ocean, but without her, logistical transport between countries will be very difficult.

Early Access Review Ach you ever. What a Scrap. If I Had spent only 10 Cents on this, I would annoy the ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ The Predecessor (European Ship Simulator) was infinitely more mature from driving Physics (and that was rather tenuous). The Graphics are also enormously bad. Yes, the Game is early access, but I can't imagine for the best sake that soo will be much improved to make it worthwhile to Buy. Check out some YouTube videos, then you know what I mean. I Have never been so disappointed by a Simulator.

Early Access Review FINGER WEG! Offering This "Game" as "Early Access" is an Insouciance. The Game jerks in all Settings, the Graphics are significantly worse than those of the now quite aged Ship Simulator, which you can even see on the Screenshots: Ggaliny-dark Colors that nip every Credibility and Realism in the Bud. Plus a "Spray" on the Bow that looks like it's Sprites from a C-64s game from the 80s. You can hardly do "Play" anyway. You tuck away senselessly against a darkly gloomy Backdrop and saw it all after 2 Minutes. The Ships move completely unrealistically. But worst of all: For Months (!!!) you don't hear and see anything from the Developers anymore. My personal Impression is that the Whole thing has been discontinued for a long time, or comes a little???

Early Access Review First, I had the Hope that this Game would develop positively, especially since the Wave Model made a good Impression. So I was ready to swallow some Toads as if there were: Fantasy World instead of real Harbours, cheesy graphics, physical Inaccuracies like Splashing water on the Bow on Reverse. But worst of all: There is virtually no controller support! While my Thrustmaster Hotas X Is recognized, the Axes Are ignored. No matter how far I push the Thrust controller forward or back, the Result is always Full Throttle! To Moor on The Quay, however, half Of the power or less would make perfect sense. The Same Problem with Control: No Matter how far I move the Wheel to the right or left with the Controller, the Result is always the smallest possible Turning Circle. It's like having only full Throttle with the Car, for example, no matter how far you go through the Accelerator! And you could only drive tight Cures. How shocked is that? I've raised the Issue twice before and it happens: Nothing! Obviously, the Development Team is not able to exploit the Potential of this Game! If you are looking for a realistic Simulation, you will be disappointed. Just sad.
