Wyvern Wars

Wyvern Wars is an action shoot 'em up game where you join Cara and Dorg as they attempt to fight off evil creatures encroaching on their home. Fly across the skies, blasting baddies and collecting power-ups to unlock Dorg's true potential and save your home.

This was my first semester project at the University of Florida and want to share it with peers and those who enjoy the shmup genre. This is the first game I've made almost entirely autonomously, creating all of the hand-drawn art assets and scripts. Some vfx and sound effects were borrowed from the asset store, and I've sourced the music from the Shovel Knight soundtrack by Jake Kaufman.

Please give me some feedback on the project -- it is far from perfect and quite short and I intend to work on it some more in my free time.
