This is "You are the level", my entry for the MiniJam 93 made in 2h15 with Unity.
CONTROLS
Left Mouse Click: Drag and Drop blocks
You can't control the player. The goal is to change the level to help the player go as high as possible. But be careful, there might be dangerous things along the way!
