The soul that's binding them will make them "zip" together, which makes them unseparable. Hold / release the 'W' button to force "unzip" / "zip" them while moving them left and right.

Controls 

Left arrow : move left

Right arrow : move right

'W' key press : unzip

'W' key release : zip
