Ah, Kingdom Hearts back when the story was simple. Although absolutely paling in comparison to Kingdom Hearts II or III, it still is a fantastic joyride down the Disney nostalgia trip and the fresh new characters and friends. The boss battles are epic and the combat - while not as exceptional as its successors - is simple and fun. Kingdom Hearts is a fantastic entry and I still enjoy going through it.

Its the best game because of its simplicity and beautiful storyline that doesnt force anything down your throat while exploring at your leisure. Wether is arriving in Agrabah after space exploration or accidentally meeting Monstro, while Riku is ruining havoc, it offers so much to gameplay and story. Maleficent and the disney villains actually served purpose here and KH2 expanded on this game almost perfectly. There you have 2 keyblades, unfortunately every game that carries on the story after KH2 is compete bullocks
