That Dragon, Cancer: No Parents should bury their Children. It'S said. And, if it is? That Dragon, Cancer makes us feel the Sufferings of little Joel and his Family. With just a tender Year, the Boy is diagnosed with Cancer, Brain Tumours sitting in the Boy's fragile Skull. For Four Years, Joel will live on, scarred by the Disease as well as Treatment, until he dies at the End. In Episodes, we slip into The Skin of the Daddy, Mum and young Child in That Dragon, Cancer. Suffering when the Diagnosis of a Hammer smashes the Family's Life or rejoice in the brief Moments when a Children's Laugh pushes the permanent Horror by side for a Moment. The Result is a hugely emotional three Hours of Play. Three Hours that make no Fun but a Horror Palpable-and they offer a Glimpse into the Inner Workings of a Family shaken by a Phrase to its Foundations: "Your Son has Cancer." Probably the best game reminding all of us we should be fighting cancer more. Really well executed game and makes you think. 5 stars, no doubt!

Please set the Controls, the groping hardly works and only ever after many Attempts-unfortunately makes the Game unplayable in the current Version.

One of the best and most profound gaming experience I’ve ever had in my life. The game totally catches your mind and your heart, and makes you go through feelings you wouldn’t expect to feel playing a game.

Tragicly beautiful. Warm yet cold. Light yet dark. Thats all I can say. This was a deep emotional funny, heartbreaking and loving journey. And Im thinking about Joel and his loving family tonight. And the warmth they had together, thru the cold storm.

Never before has a game brought me so wonderful and confrontational in a story. It has really hit me to be so close to the skin of two people who have to work through a dark and violent scenario. Movable and emotionally snappy, this ' game '.

What more to say besides this is a masterpiece. It is more an experience than a game, which tells us what the relatives of cancer patients live. All in a very dreamlike and touching way. In English entirely with a lot of subtitles (also in English). I do not know if we can really talk about the game so much experience is strong and the subject terrible. But that is to be done.

At a time when many are still the ones who describe the game-video, caricaturing it to make it the harmful pastime of adulescent retarded, that Dragon, cancer proves to us that it is much more than that. The game-video is erected here as an art as it allows us to grasp the so terrible and beautiful reality of the parents of this sick child, reality that escapes most of us. Hat down.

That Dragon Cancer isn't really a Game, but should be understood more as an interactive Film that traces the Life of a young Boy diagnosed with Cancer. It's really very touching, you realise how lovingly the Developers have designed the Game. It should definitely be played with Headphones, as the Sound Design is very Important in the Atmosphere.
