Timberman VS review
by Shawndroid

This is good fun in the style of Jumping Joe, Asto Bears and other couch party games. It's fun to play for 5 - 10 minutes between more serious, or complex games.

Timberman VS is an upgraded version of the original timberman game. The principle is always the same, one embodies a lumberjack who cuts left or right to avoid the branches of the tree. Two keys on the keyboard and it's gone, simple and effective, perfect for short game sessions without a head. The game's interface has been redesigned and an XP system has been added to unlock all characters (over 50!) There are now 3 game modes:-classic that takes up exactly the original mode, namely to cut to infinity against an increasingly fast timer. The only differences are that there are more different arenas and a slightly slower time bar that allows the party to last longer. -Hero which is a variant of classic mode with a final goal to reach, which will bring you an XP bonus. Nice to vary a little while we unlock everything but then it does not really interest. -Race that allows to see the battle of 4 players on a distance more or less important. Here an error does not eliminate you but simply slows you down, and it is possible to use a booster every time you fill the corresponding bar. This game mode brings a real refreshment, very fun to many! Unfortunately for the online multiplayer part it is for the moment impossible to find a game, whether in classic or in race. This is all the more unfortunate that it does not pose a problem on the original timberman. There is still the possibility to play up to 4 players locally. For the price the content is still there with many hours of play in perspective. So I recommend this game if you like the first timberman and you want new challenges or if you are looking for a little game to kill time, but beware you could also become addicted to the job of lumberjack:D

I would love you to give your Follow to my Mentor Page on Steam: DarkySama Gaming. Timberman returns with a sequel that adds new game modes and unlockable characters. Timberman VS is an arcade game where we must cut trees to get as many points as possible, the idea is simple and works because it is very addictive. The game is basically based on using the arrow keys Left-or WD to talar trying not to hit the branches as it would be a Game Over and we will have to start again, it is easy to understand but complicated to dominate because we have a counter that will go down if we cut M Oops slow. Do Not worry, as we have enough time to react and raise the counter again if we react quickly. We Have the Classic Mode (such as the first game), Hero Mode where we must cut X amount to rescue some birds and we also have the Career Mode where we should cut X amount (from 50 to 5000) faster than the opponents. While the game has enough content for a good amount of hours in Singleplayer and does not cost too much, the main problem you have right now is that the online does not work as well as expected from a game with a VS in its title. It Takes too Long to find a game (I guess because there is a good player base) and we do not have the opportunity to invite our friends from Steam (which they are fixing right now). Timberman VS Final Opinion gives us a good amount of hours and replayability in its 3 different gameplay modes with 55 characters to unlock. The only bad thing right now is the Matchmaking that takes because there are not too many users and we can not invite our friends from Steam (they are fixing it), when it is resolved the last will be a better game. Even with these last problems I recommend the game for its price and the hours that gives you the singleplayer. As always, you are free to spend your money on what you want, I simply share my opinion about the game as you can do as long as it is with respect. Please, if you don't like something from a company or game, talk to your wallets. If you liked it/disgusted my review/review I would appreciate that you use your time and values with the buttons below.
