When I heard of Cozy Grove, I knew I had to pre-order it. The casualness of it really drew me in and didn't disappoint. It's not groundbreaking, but it's a nice relaxing game that doesn't suck too much time out of your day. The daily goals have a limit after which there isn't much to do but wait for tomorrow, so that's a relief. Gameplay is a mix of find-the-object and point-and-click narrative. There's new content to unlock as you slowly complete goals.
Although the environment is beautifully created with random forest messiness, I can't say I enjoy the constantly changing decor. It turns me off from wanting to decorate and any received furniture feels like clutter. Item placement is also very limited. The controls can be a bit tiresome too, as I often get "stuck" between objects or interact with a placed item instead of talking to the character.
