"Into Blue Valley" is a very short First-Person Exploration Game. We find an old VHS cassette, put it in and what we're going to see on it is what we're going to do in the Game. So We see everything from the Point of view of a VHS camera as well as Timer, Battery Display and rec icon. The Whole thing in low Picture Quality and dipped in blue. Visual Errors are also present again and again. Meanwhile, those who look at this VHS cassette keep commenting on what we do in the Game. Unfortunately, only by Text Insertion, a real Synchronization would have become even more atmospheric. This Basic Structure is atmospheric and works well. The Graphics are fine, too. The Sounds have sometimes even succeeded quite well. On the other Hand, it is problematic when It comes to Gameplay. For One thing, the Game is damn short. In twenty Minutes you are through when you take your Time. Meanwhile, it is only necessary to read messages in an abandoned Village and its Surroundings and collect eight Items (Slender, ick hear you trapsen), which are then all of which are needed later to open a Secret Door. The open, unsatisfactory Ending would still be fine, but the Game is around before you can even get involved. To the Other ... oh, Game already out. And so the Feeling of a short, forgetful Interlude remains, which, despite a good Atmosphere, cannot leave a lasting Impression. Rating: 7/10 Atmosphere 5/10 Story 6/10 Graphic 7/10 Sound 5/10 Game Mechanics 3/10 Balancing 5/10 Game Pass Conclusion: Too short to be true. 5/10 Overall Rating

The famellian content and the non-existent challenge of this very short walking Simulator with a tiny twist of exploration will surely put more than one! Into blue Valley is one of those experiences that are not really "games" strictly speaking, and that are certainly not addressed to everyone. For my part, the very low life span (30min) and the minimal interactivity with the décor are absolutely not a crippling flaw – but if for you it is, as well as not dwell on this title. I loved this very nice quiet ride with a perfectly mastered and successful atmosphere, both aesthetically and soundly. The strange and icy atmosphere of this small deserted village frozen in its congeners appeared to me very endeante. The narration is correct, (some texts-in English only) and I find that unlike other walking simulators less successful on many plans (I have in mind "Drizzlepath" & "the lost Valley"...), this one manages quite skillfully to increase slightly but pleasantly its interest and its "exploration" side thanks to the few objects to collect. But this, without adding any difficulty, since even if the terrain offers a total freedom of exploration, the location of the items is "marked" thoroughly. For info, the Xbox 360 pad is fully supported. Some reproaches:-a rate of €10 seems to me far too high for this type of product. On the other hand, sold at €3.99, the quality/quantity/price ratio becomes more honest, and I will advise it only at that price. -Some of the narration texts automatically scroll, and sometimes a little too fast. -If I fully conceive that this game revolves around the concept of a video cassette and that a filter "camcorder" (with the lines of framing on the screen permanently) is therefore perfectly logical and in the tone of the story, I found it a pity that it is not deactivable (for example as a bonus once the game is over) to enjoy the beautiful snow-covered environments more pleasantly.
