The realism, physics, variety, customization, dynamics, variety in play, levels and challenges, open-world interactions, sound effects and music. You can put any number of features you can think of and will still be missing a few.

You can ignore the plastic-feeling world when you have amazing physics, tuning, vehicles, races, and online events.
I got Forza Horizon 3 as soon as it came out back in 2016. And I still haven't been able to put down the controller for it, and it's halfway through 2018.
