Dissidia: Final Fantasy NT review
Meh
by Brahmaputra

If you are open to MOBA or PvP games – pick this game. It has little to do with fighting games. Beautiful graphics, gorgeous music. Th fighting system is also okay, but I’d like to stress that this shouldn’t be described as a fighter.

This could be fun if there was a way to play this with your friends locally, or if the story wasn't locked behind playing Arcade
Should've been left on the arcades
Maybe with bigger roster and a more fleshed out combat system this game could have been better. I still enjoyed it, but it has a lot holding it back from being great.

Dissidia has diverse characters, but the gameplay is unsatisfying. 1v1, instead of classic 3v3, makes battles very chaotic and it’s extremely difficult to get to grips. The story mode is tedious to progress and other modes will make you bored in no time.

As an old fan of Final Fantasy, I’m sad. The game is empty. Just mindless battles 3x3 or destroying teams cristal and that’s pretty much just about it. No story mode, just some shitty cutscenes. This Final Fantasy has no soul in it.

Old fans are appalled by the changes, but I have to say that this is NOT a single-player game anymore. So the devs did lots of balancing and other changes here and there. The gameplay itself is great. I love that you can play a few matches and then stop – it’s really easy on you if you just want to have a bit of fun. Lootboxes are here, but you don’t need to worry since you can purchase them with in-game currency and don’t need to spend real money.
