There's an option to remove buildings you previously built that only serves to make you hit yourself in the head if you misclick it since it doesn't refund your resources and allows you to delete essential buildings, snowballing a simple mistake into pure chaos.
Most egregious than that, the auto-assign mechanic, which is supposed to help you deal with the absurd amounts of micromanaging that happens later, actually screws you over in the late game because it's very badly optimized when things start to get too big, even with priorities settings. By the time you realize this, you'll be too deep in the mess to fix things back to the way they were without massive headaches. And for an idle game that's irredeemable.
Until the dev deals with this, spend your time with other games.
