«Assassin's Creed III» is an impressive visual experience offering detailed urban environments, forested terrains and misty «Civil War» battlefields.
Players travel through various historical locations, completing quests, exploring the world and engaging in exciting battles. We will meet many historical figures, including Ben Franklin, who offers players various quests and assistance in their adventures.
Also an important aspect of the game is that players get to actively play as Desmond for the first time, completing missions in real time and utilizing his assassin skills. I think a lot of people have been waiting for this
A bit of a mixed bag. The story this time around is great again, but the overhauled engine simplifies combat a bit too much and what it tries to make up in parkour falls flat due to world design. Also this is where historic characters started to become an afterthought or relegated to side content instead of ingrained into the story.
Uninteresting story, unlikeable protagonist, too easy gameplay (automatic healing, extremely easy fights). American landscape here (both cities and nature) is absolutely ugly (both aestheticaly and from gameplay point of view). At least I liked assassin's missions set in modern days.
I don't hate this one as much as a lot of folks do. The Homestead was satisfying. I wish they'd bring something like that back.
What kept this game bearable for most of the way was the unique setting; I've never had the opportunity to explore revolutionary America before. Plus, I liked the characters and how the game presents moral ambiguities. However, it is ridiculous how easy the whole series has been so far; it's practically a casual/mobile game. The optional objectives should sometimes be required (to make the mission harder), and other times they shouldn't be there at all (to eliminate filler). The game seems to be more than 50% filler. I do not want to collect a bunch of stupid feathers — I'm supposed to be an assassin, not Super Mario!
«Game over at last!»
Connor is a bore, verticality is gone and combat is now full on autopilot

6/10

Assassin'S Creed III Marks the beginning of a new Chapter. The Story takes place in the Cities of Boston and New York, America at the Very beginning of Settlement, The Atmosphere is atmospheric and full of Life. Much more than in previous Parts. The Question for me is whether this can be surpassed in the following Parts. Famous People meet one there. The Graphics here are once again much better and Contrast more than in the Predecessors. I can see The Weather Effects. Storm at Sea, Lightning and high Swell are very handsome. When Connor runs through the Snow, he sacks in the same and progresses harder than without Snow. Just to give a few Details. There are many Innovations. One of them, and certainly the largest, is the Ship's Battle, which I think is superbly designed. I have absolutely nothing to fault here. Through Side Missions, for example, you can build your own Village. The Settlers then also have different Professions. The Hunting System is a good Idea, it is somehow lacking sense. For Farcry 4 e.g. (Yes also with Farcry 3;-)). If you make different Utensils out of your Coat, which make some things easier. But why go hunting at Assassin's Creed III? Because we're just wondering, what do Pirates and Native Americans have to do with Assasins? Even if the Game is very entertaining, you still need to get used to it for a While. Connor may not seem as sympathetic as Ezio, but it's definitely Fun to experience the Story with him. I would definitely buy the Game again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGyZ4VGKjho&list=PL3G9x-z3LOuFx-SyJRDVfw4i6rX6DFYYq

So I'm just ahead of the 100% and I can say. It IS the best Game I've ever played and I haven't played little. ^^ The Story: The Game takes a lot of Time with the Story and that's a good Thing, so you can get used to the Characters and build a (well, let's call it) bond. From the Middle of the Game (so Beginning Sequence 6) the right Templar hunt begins and the Story starts to captivate you properly. Only the Desmond End drops out a bit mau. The Mission's Design: The Mission's Design is simply top, there are beautiful Detachment Rich main Missions that can sometimes be quiet. To the Side missions I can say that many are rather average and some tell a nice Side Story such as the settlement missions. In these Side Missions you build your Settlement and get to know some nice NPCs that quickly become your Friends and you can make some new Things after getting rid of a Settlement Mission. Gameplay: Here I can just say that I am very satisfied with the Control. I honestly give it to I never really came to terms with the control of the Predecessors, but that hasn't stopped me from continuing to play them out. (They're damn good Games anyway) Negatives: The Game has quite a lot of Bugs, Glitches and other Bugs which is certainly due to the then not good PC port. In Addition, Opponents can sometimes Attack someone because some have not done anything (this often happens in New York) or that a Tavern in Boston is missing. I don't know that this was a detailed Review now and I'm sure 1,000 spelling And Grammar errors are included, but I don't care at first. I give this Game 10/10 Points because it always surprises me (besides, Connor doesn't have Nipples XD).
