This game is clearly made with games like Turok and Dino Crisis in mind but if fails to live up to that nostalgia. The game plays pretty poor on console, bad sensitivity settings and you have to hold L3 to sprint. Very dark game and the flashlight basically does nothing. The UI is a mess, only two hot keys so you have to constantly go back into your menu to equip other things. The story is pretty generic and short but there is some good camp to it at times. I was surprised how many bullet sponge enemies there were when this is billed as a dinosaur game. The hybrid creature wave section was ridiculous as they took forever to kill. I had to do the megalodon section at the end several times because it would spawn in front of the boat and instantly kill me. Not sure if it was a bug or just poor design.
