Rate top gamesI had a lot of good times with this game...a lot of the same ol' good times. The missions are very repetitive but the open world nature of the game means you get to make your own fun. Def. recommend and supposedly the later iterations of the game only improved upon the monotony criticism.

The best game in the Just Cause franchise. Not only is it not plagued by performance issues like JC3, it has a much more varied environment, slightly better car handling, a bigger feeling map (not actually bigger, but you travel slower), and many more advantages. Also, it's made by Avalanche Stockholm not Avalanche NYC, so it's clearly superior.

Just Cause 2 is for me the epic "open-world" game par excellence. The Playground here is the fictional tropical Island of Panau (somewhere in South-east Asia). In the Game it is also worth enjoying the Scenery, be it on the Beach or on the highest Mountain Top in the Snow. It's even entertaining to heat across the frozen Mountain Lake with a Sports Car. I think JC-2 is the Game most of my Friends own (atm: 42 friends already own this game). But that certainly shouldn't be a Quality Feature. :) It's really (everything) very good and succeeded. The Ability to somehow use any Means of transport and also to interact with many Environmental Objects through the "grappling hook" is really awesome And results in many fun possibilities. Even the exaggerated stunt possibilities, such as standing on a flying Fighter jet, give the Game yet another Kick. Even though many will now "scream up," the ease of Use and this absolutely exaggerated Action, I personally like it better than with GTA4. Especially the Multiplayer mod created by the community will do everything again and already make the Game an All-time classic. Here to describe all the Advantages only Of MP mode, the Review would blow up. So, buy Game, install, practice briefly in the SP and then enjoy Sandbox in the MP ...
