Fantastic art and a dynamic soundtrack are just the backdrop to my favorite game in the RTS genre. Stripped down to the most basic elements of building and leading armies, Tooth & Tail strips away the gating micro-managing aspects typical of the genre. This also prevents matches from dragging on for too long: with three unit tiers, it's not often you get to meet tier 3 units in a match.
More's the shame that the playerbase is as thin as it is. Fingers crossed time will redeem this masterful gem.

A truly unique Strategy game. But as much as the Look and setting appeal to me, I can still recommend it without hesitation.
The German Translations are downright embarrassing and many Of the Campaign's missions just unfair. Have unfortunately given up after Half.

One of the best RTS titles out there. The special thing about this RTS title is that the Rounds go very fast and that it is not very Built-oriented, i.e. that you do not get along with The Defences for the duration. There is no Time to build an Impenetrable Fortress with 100 Traps.
Very Satisfied 9/10 RTS Ranking

The Game is simply Class!
Why? A Match (Multiplayer online, offline against Ki and or Friends, also 2 Players on a PC!) lasts a maximum of 15 Minutes, You can do light base construction, put your Army together individually, you have a great Campaign and a Multiplayer and you are never bored. I am an absolute Games Veteran myself especially in terms of Strategy games, and I can encourage every RTS fan to Play this Game more than just since it was produced with a lot of Love Wit and Charm.

Super interesting Approach to an RTS Game. Instead of controlling all its Units and Buildings separately, you tax a Commander of the Buildings and Let units follow it.
Graphically, the cute Pixel Look doesn't rip out Trees. However, as a not undint supporter of this Retro Wave, I can still look at this quite well. Basically, I would have liked a slightly more modern Look but still better. Here, however, it is quite clear a Matter Of taste.
The Sound has been very successful. The Animals speak in a Pseudo-language based on the Russian. The Music is very atmospheric, apt and never annoys. The Weapons and Unit Sound have the necessary Punch.
The Setting is very interesting. Here, Animals that have been saddled with murderous Weapons are warring. Sometimes something new and fun.
The Multiplayer is a lot of Fun, but it will have a hard time being successful in the long term, I have the Feeling. The Reason for this is the Random Factors that are too numerous: From having to blindly select which Units you can build in the Game before the match, to the Randomly generated maps. But since the Matches are very short and entertaining, I would still try it out to any Recommendation of the Fun of Multiplayer RTS. Despite the obvious Problems, the Game offers a refreshing Variety and depth. Experimenting around with Units is super fun.
All in all, an unrestricted Recommendation for the Price. If the Developers are working a little on the Random Factors, I could well imagine playing this Game long term in Multiplayer. Potential is a lot there.
