Pandemic: The Board Game review
Exceptional
by Brad Wall

Fantastic board game. True to the physical version. The extras (in app purchases) are priced very fairly, however, not needed to enjoy the game. No option to play online with others, but a great game, none the less.

A personal Recommendation-with Restriction. The Implementation is not so great, everything seems a bit bulky, the Game zooms in on the New Infections without that having to be and you then have to use the Card again with the Mouse wheel a Bit wide after the Infection phase. Of That, the World doesn't go down on, but it's a pointless Feature. There are no Add-Ons (yet?), the Achievements don't work. So significant Deductions on the B-Note. But: The Game works impeccably and since I have always found this pandemic awesome and find that in the board game world in online multiplayer I would have at least 2000 pandemic "Stakes" and I have the underlying logistical Thinking, i.e. rounds falling Under Time Pressure, But without a Timer, but with Uncertainty Factors just think great, there is a Thumbs up from me. Less for the groundbreaking Elegance of Implementation than for it being Pandemic and working. Such a Pandemic Game on the PC I always wanted to have where all four Characters control themselves without waiting for online players and having to "negotiate" forever in the Chat, who should now pull like ... Voila. Here it is. That cancels the Deductions in the B note-to me. Those who do not know the Board Game Pandemic, however, better leave their Fingers off this Game. Because the Co-op characters are lost. But those who know it and perhaps just like I have only waited for a Solitary Version, because this very special kind of logistical Thinking fascinates him, can access in good Conscience. Until at least the Achievents may be more likely to go in the Sale. I had 60% discount at the Steam board game days and the 3.99 Euros was worth this Game to me.

Impossible not to have the digital version if you have this board game and you know it. Beautiful porting, a collaborative game that in its simplicity can also be extremely complex and strategic. To play and replay several times. I would highly recommend it!

The App is a successful Broadcast of the board game of the same Name. When Playing with multiple People, I would prefer the Board game, but the App is very well suited as a Supplement to understand the Dynamics of this complex Game on its own and To develop winning Strategies.

What about, it's exactly like the original board game. I own them all, so I could not not put this masterpiece on the phone! Really Well done! It Has only a very small flaw: it is not optimized for iPhone X, but it is not a problemone and it is not excluded that optimize it in the future.

So Far, only a little tested but the Game seems so far great implemented. The Playing of Special Cards is also possible during the Epidemic (before the Infection phase). High Energy Consumption is unfortunately to be confirmed, but a great Alternative if you don't have the Board game at Hand. Nevertheless, Do not recommend playing the Game alone.

Of games I have not won yet but the game is wonderful. I Was undecided whether to buy the original game and I wanted to try this and now I regret not having taken it (I am in reprint). However This digital version has all its charm. If you have a vocation from "Saviors of the World" This game is for you. Just Know that winning is like making a lotto and the difficulty makes the game more intriguing.

I first bought Pandemic as a board game. After reading the rules I found it were a bit much of them and therefore somewhat complicated. I realised that if the game was available for download and contains a tutorail, I could play it over and over till I get a good hang of the game. After playing the tutorial 4 times so far I start seeing more and more of the little details and possible tactics. Ofcourse I still have a lot to learn, but it is seriously a good and well thought out game with different difficulties. This keeps making the game a challange. Summary: Great, fun, tactical and well thought out game. I recommend everyone to play the tutorial a couple of times to get the hang of it and later also buy the board game to play with friends and families.
