ISLANDERS review
by Roman

Really addictive city-building game. Not as primitive as it seems on the first glance.

I am excited. The Game is a real Pearl. At first Glance, it may seem inconspicuous and simple, which it is of basic Control. This is very catchy and easy to use. However, the Game itself is by no means as simple and harmless as it appears at first. The longer you play, the faster you realize that the Game is by no means just placed out of careless, indiscriminate Cottage. An carelessly set building at the Beginning can break the Neck in the later Course. It is worth checking the Islands first in Peace and roughly planning what should stand where before starting. This saves you an overly early Game over. Visually, I'm very impressed with the Design of the Game. It looks simple and tidy at the same time, but still offers a lot of Attention to Detail. The Islands are all designed differently and have a coherent effect. The subtle Background Music is, in my Opinion, very well chosen, neither does it push itself too much into the Foreground, nor does it seem too monotonous. Since I am really bad at writing Reviews, here is my personal Pro and Contra List: + very catchy game principle + intuitive Control + coherent design + beautiful Color Design + pleasant background music + high addiction Factor + also runs on Age-weak PCs liquid + hardly Requires hard Drive memory +/-high score list (who needs it)-some of the smaller Islands have too much inedible area The Game makes for just €5t Very much very right and gets a clear Recommendation from me! :)

A small, strategic, Building Game with a colorful Look and no stressful Gameplay. Do I Recommend it? Yeah, I really like it. What's good? I like the minimalist "cute" Style. The Background Noise & the Music are pleasant. The Gameplay is very simple and takes a few Seconds to be explained. The Points are an important Part of the Game and don't just serve as a High Score. The Islands have very different Colors and you can see exactly what the Substrate is supposed to represent. It's very easy to play by the way. What's missing? There is no Zoom Function, please ... Let me zoom in close and far away, I need that! A "free build" Mode. More Buildings, in more different Shapes and colors. There are few Ways to use the Water for yourself. Of course, it is also intended not to have an infinite amount of Space, in my Experience, some Islands have the Chance of no longer having buildings available before you run out of space. (Or I'm just very bad ...) More Areas: For Example Volcanic Islands, quite many small Islands (a whole Dozen), flying Islands, Caves or the like. The Feature does not share, reset or compare his High Score with Friends. If You click on "new Game," You should have to confirm it again, otherwise you might click. (This never happened To me, of course ...) A Selection of the Shape of the Building that you want to place. You get three Houses and two of them are square, one hexagonal. You can then decide which one to place. (Since otherwise it depends a little too often on Chance, whether I can place something or not.) A Kind of COOP for normal or free Mode, where Players can build in the same World. (Even if, of course, this is very much "asked.") Building On all the points mentioned: More Successes! What should be improved? Sometimes you can't place buildings even though there is enough free Space, so there's something like invisible Walls. The Buildings can often be placed as you want, but sometimes the Direction is not exactly adaptable to the Island and you lose Space. A Button to automatically adjust buildings to the Building next to it, so that it fits perfectly and you don't have to go back and forth with your Mouse for long, so that it can definitely get straight. (The OCD is happy) The Game, of course, is good even without that. But since the Developers also read through the Feedback, I wanted to mention my Thoughts.
