Super Monkey Ball 2 review
Exceptional

An octagonal input joystick takes this game from frustrating novelty to frustrating transcendent novelty. Over 17 years later, it continues to be one of the most beguiling video games in existence- both infuriating and joyful in the way great puzzles are. The minigames are pretty good, too!

The 2nd and the best one in the series. Super Monkey Ball 2 offers you a good and fairly challenging time. This game I would say is the home version of the first game. Also a good example of a good sequel that fixes and expands a lot from the first game. I recommend trying this to everyone who wants a good challenge!

I played Super Monkey Ball 2 as a child and loved it to death. My roommate and I recently picked it up again for a trip down memory lane to play through some cute monkey levels. This is what we got from the first world. Past then, it was a nightmare roller coaster to hell where the only way to win is to go down endless tries of slippery monkey controls. Great game to play with a friend, but wow this game was so so so SO difficult to complete. On top of this, the minigames are all really great and are worth a couple hours each.
