I really wanted to like this game because it was a near premise and had some fun mechanics but I just couldn't get into it. There was too much back and forth stuff with not much progression. I ran into a point I struggled with enemies because I had bad gear but no way to upgrade. Also the rice planting mechanics and controls were terrible.
Oh boy this was a dumb game. I'm not the biggest fan of this style of humor but there was some good stuff in here. Obviously the comedy is what most people wanted which worked for the most part. The gameplay is fine but nothing special. There were a few bugs and janky bits I ran into. More than a few times I ran into respawning bugs and things not loading in like they should. There was also a few times I couldn't loot the crystals after I killed all the enemies around. I think they could've done a better job with the alien variety as well, it mostly just ended up being the same handful over and over.
I enjoyed this game a lot like I did with the first game. I don't really think it needed a sequel but it was still good. There are some parts that could've used more work story wise like Alex being the antagonist but not really. Felt a little half-assed there. I think there's a lot of good dialogue between the characters. There was a few of the radio contacts that have time sensitive calls but some need triggers and that isn't clear in the game leading to one not playing out entirely. Overall it was a good time.

This was a very fun Metroidvania with cute ghosts. The combat left a lot to be desired but I feel like the main draw of the game is the exploration. I am disappointed with the platinum for the game. There was plenty of room to have different trophies that utilize the genre of the game, yet they made a handful of them about the boss rush mode and difficulty tiers. When the combat isn't that great I find it odd to have that be a big focus.

This game is a work of art, plain and simple. I think it's incredible that a game I played in high school that was just dripping with teen angst and pent up rage, somehow developed into this with it's main character changing into something more than just a screaming bundle of sharp objects. The development of all the characters is so good but the way Kratos actually grows and becomes a good father figure is so well done. There are some truly emotional moments in this game especially with Kratos struggling to not show his emotional side. I think there is plenty you could say about this game in terms of the messages it is trying to convey but overall they did a great job. I think they did a great job breaking this toxic masculinity mold for Kratos and having his character shine as a true icon within the gaming industry. I will say, I think the game runs a bit too long. It's a great story but there is definitely some padding.

I also played the DLC and was surprised how much story there was. I was expecting just a rougelike mode but instead you get that plus a lot of character building and further story for Kratos.

This is a fun, relaxing game to play while listening to a podcast or music. Most are fairly easy but the bonus level ghost cats can be difficult.

I think this game does some cool things but I'm just not a fan of the Sonic gameplay. I thought it would do enough new things to keep me engaged but it's just the same gameplay with a few new features and an open world.

I love Castlevania but I'm convinced the only good games are SotN and up. The first game is awful, so is the second. Three is an interesting departure but still not good. Four is the first one I actually enjoyed but it has some ridiculous boss fights. This collection overall doesn't feel very modern. They could've added in a no fail mode that just allows you to keep playing and just losing your point allocation yet they just ported all the games. The save state system is a big help but it is some clunky and slow. Just overall feels like they didn't put too much effort into this.

This was a very fun game with some great glass artwork. Very relaxing and I loved the music that played when you were assembling the puzzle. My only complaint was some of the pieces would fit behind others so you couldn't get a real sense of how they fit at times.

I loved this game. It's a short cleaning simulator where you help out animals and the environment. No bells or whistles. I do think leveling up the abilities should've been faster and should've had a respec.

It is insane to me that the same studio that created some of the most iconic Batman games of all time also made this. The story isn't terrible I guess but it's nothing special and they gave it a cop out ending in the final season. The gameplay for the most part is fine and I bet it's fun with a full squad but it is very repetitive and boring. The best part about the game was King Shark. He was just goofy and lighthearted and to me had the best skill set.

I'm not sure how they managed to ruin a good game like this but they did. Some how the handling became awful, even when specing into it. They added an unneeded story that is just lame. I really enjoyed the first game and it was fun to play but I had to put this one down because of how poorly the cars handled.
