Joe Chiang is a games designer. Chiang has been working with Raven Software, Treyarch, Activision and Beenox. Chiang started in 2008 as the designer of Quantum of Solace. After that, Joe Chiang took part as the designer of Call of Duty: Black Ops. Later, Chiang also was part of the team who developed Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies published by Activision Blizzard for iOS and Android. Most recently, Joe Chiang was involved in the development of Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
