Timothy Higgins is a games artist. Higgins has been working with id Software, Raven Software, Panic Button and Nerve Software. Higgins started in 1998 as the artist of Dominion: Storm over Gift 3. After that, Timothy Higgins took part as the artist of Tachyon: The Fringe. Most recently, Timothy Higgins was involved in the development of DOOM 3.
