You died.

And now Death has come for your soul.

Death Called up one of their Secretaries to figure out where you belong. Unfortunately, He was put on hold. you siezed the opportunity and made a bet with Death: Your soul.

 Settle it all in a game of 21Bones, a Dice game where if you win you can leave, but If you lose he'll toss your soul where he sees fit.
