2D Platformer Tutorial (mehtadak)

Some modifications I will make:

1. Make two new levels that progress in a logical way. 

2. Make a cutscene between two levels. 

3. Change the UI elements and add a new look to the game

4. Modify the FullHeal script to inherit from the pickup script.
