2D Shooter Tutorial (seipenk2)

This is my 2D Shooter Tutorial submission. 

Proposed Modifications:

1. Complete the build with at least 4 levels, increasing in difficulty 

2. Add a boss level with in an enemy with increased health, speed, and lives. Player will only get one life. 

3. Modify the game menus to fit the theme I am going for. 

I will likely add more to the game but this is the plan for now.
