About

Hell has gone through an industrial revolution, but maybe that's to your advantage? You might be just a shade, but with the help of the Scrap Mechanic you now have a body and a mission: get a letter to the surface.

Made in (roughly) 72 hours for Mini Jam 102! The theme was Steam and the limitation was that death is not the end. Naturally, our first thought was a Steampunk Underworld. This was a collaboration between Meta, their brother Small Bug Games and our friend CoByte (special thanks to their boyfriend River for the moral support and help during brainstorming)!

Known Issues

- The windows build is a little laggy
- The music permanently stops when the game is paused
- The player sometimes shoots absurdly fast
- One of the levels traps you in a wall (jiggle up and down to get out)
- Canto means stanza, not circle of hell like we thought
- The game softlocks on completion :(
