Avoid Midair Colllisions! The seventh version of Airport Madness offers players a 3-dimensional air traffic control experience, from a control tower perspective. You get to sit in a virtual swivel chair, able to pan around the airport with the drag of your mouse. Choose good weather or bad, adjust the tower height to your preference, then do your best to manage jet traffic into and out of five different real-world airports, with more airports coming soon. Listen to human pilot voices as the aircraft obey your every command. Watch as the animated windsocks react to gusty winds. Scan your radar screens for potential conflicts between aircraft.

Designed by real-world air traffic controllers
  • Surface Radar Display

Airport Madness 3D has similar game play mechanic to the rest of the series. In this version, each airport offers two separate traffic patterns, a huge step upwards from our previous six versions of Airport Madness.Choose your view!
  • Adjustable-height control tower view
  • Runway threshold view
  • "Pilot cam" cockpit view from all aircraft
  • Zoom in or out, pan in all directions

It feels real! Our terrain is built from real-world earth data. Airport designs are based on real-world layouts. Game play has been designed by real-world air traffic controllers and commercial pilots. Even the aircraft flight characteristics are highly realistic. Watch as the airplanes actually raise their nose during the takeoff rotation, and during the landing flare. Sounds are authentic. We've added the rumble of an aircraft's takeoff thrust, and the whine of a jet engine as it spools up at the gate.Airport Madness 3D is a game you've got to play! We've worked hard to compare our air traffic control game to that of 3D simulations that are currently for sale elsewhere, and what we feel everybody wants is a game that's easy to grasp, lots of fun, and highly addictive. Airport Madness 3D is all of these.

Airport Madness 3D reviews and comments

Airport Madness goes 3D Welcome To the Tower. Your Task will be to handle aircraft (both Arriving and Departing). You have to assign them to the Start and Runways. In the Beginning, this is still possible Without Problems. However, this is becoming more And more Tricky Due to increasing traffic volumes. PRO: + The Game idea is Class + The Planes are "Pretty" Here are the most common Models up to the unfortunately Patterned Concord. + Growing Challenge + The Game modes You can between: Constant Game mode (constant Air Traffic, Collisions do not end the Game) Growing traffic (At the Start still a little bit going on at the Airport, every few Minutes the Air Traffic is increased to the Maximum From Level 10) Time Trail (How Many Planes can you handle in 15 minutes) | It can be changed at any time, whether before the game Or during the Game in the Options, the traffic density) Move 100 (here there are 100 aircraft without time Pressure, here too the Traffic density Can be changed) Fire (this only applies in Castlegar and only at 2 Modis, Firechallange and large Fire Challange, in the former only the fire is to Extinguish, at the Second the entire Hill and the City are on Fire. You have 5 Firefighting Aircraft at your Disposal. The Fire must be extinguished during Ongoing Flight operations.) + Setting Options In addition to a small Setting whether you want to have the Radar on or off, you can still adjust The height of the Tower, Twitter Commentaries of the Passengers (which occasionally Occur), the Tags of the planes that show you the current Command with including The Speed), the Weather (unfortunately only with or without Rain, I find this Setting very Bad, I would have preferred a random Weather, to which something Else than Dry or Rain ... Is very very Mager. And as Said in each Mode, the Traffic Density can be set Manually again. + High Scores After successful (or unsuccessful) Completion, you can load your Points or parked aircraft (depending on the Modes) into the High Scores. The Good thing here is a day, week and Month Hit score. CONTRA-3D is good and Beautiful, even if you have generally kept the Cities as a bunch Of mud, you can think with a lot of Imagination a City ... What drives the whole thing to Extremes are 3D models of Buildings that soar but Look mMn very Familiar (I'm nice). Also the Collision of the Aircraft seems very very Artificial, a Peng a small Explosion and Already Jumping and Bouncing the Aircraft parts through the Area. -I don't know the Water a Developer Studio that doesn't bite your Teeth off the Water. Again, this is no Different. I'm not talking about the Optics because it's more than irrational for the nature of the Game, rather it's terrible To look at how the Water in the Game has the Property that it's a Board. What I want to Say: There is a Collision So land pieces of debris on the Water as on ordinary Soil and Do not sink. Those were the biggest Criticisms ... Not much or not? No it's not either, so you can look beyond it. These are the first Attempts at Big Fat Simulation to immerse themselves in the 3D world. Everyone has started Small! You can Forgive them. All in All, I can recommend the Game, it offers Fun and Challenge. In the High Scores you always see a Change, which means that it is still Played. With 7 Airports, you also have something to do.
