an anniversary dinner

your special someone is coming home soon, and it just happens to be your anniversary! most of your food is ready, but you need to finish off the main dish of your meal before they get home. can you finish it in time?

made for the unofficial playdate anticipation jam in 72 hours! this is the first game i've ever made for a jam, and also the first game i've ever published, so even though it's not exactly what i pictured three days ago when i started this, i'm really happy that i finished it and that i have this to share with you all! i hope you enjoy!

• crank - scroll wheel (used for cranking up the heat, lowering the knife, etc.)
• d pad - wasd (used for moving the knife/bowl)
• a - e (used for button mashing purposes (and starting the game)
• b - q (i honestly don't think this button is ever used but i put it in the game's code)
