BAD COMPANY
About
"There isn’t a single person in this city within whom I exist. My potential identities are not borne by their minds. If I am unseen, unheard I am only alive to myself. I’m unimagined."
BAD COMPANY is a 3D first-person narrative art game about mental states and spaces, particularly dealing with the idea of loneliness.
Guided by subtitles as if the game were a film (which act as instructions), the player explores the physical life and the thoughts and struggles of the unnamed character they are playing, who battles with loneliness and addiction. The game draws from absurdism in that there is no goal/win state. It rather is a simulation that allows for the exploration of a narrative
