Battle Battalions is a free-to-play, tactical PC game that allows you to command a role-specific ‘Battalion’ of military might on a fast-paced, team-based battlefield.

• Battalions are the Backbone - customize and command your personalized Battalions armed to the teeth with lethal military units ranging from stealthy Snipers to hard-hitting Juggernaut tanks.

• Real-Time Tactical Combat - engage in fast-paced, real-time action by deploying ability-boosting air drones, swiveling your tanks’ turrets to blast an enemy's weak side or extracting pinned-down friendlies in trouble.

• Control The Battlefield - roll your Pathfinder Recon Battalion into thick brush for added armor protection or deploy your Suppressor Mortar Battalion on elevated terrain for high-ground ranged assaults. Taking and defending key points on the battlefield awards decisive advantages and a quicker path to victory.

• Teamwork Above All - each player's Battalion fills a critical role in your 5-player teams. Coordination with your fellow Battalions is crucial as you play to your own strengths, offset your teammates' limitations, and contribute to your team's overall battle plan.

• Enhance and Advance - gain valuable experience and credit with each battle, allowing you to purchase powerful enhancements, personal customizations and perks unique to your Battalion. Upgrade your player account to unlock a near endless variety of options to deepen and enhance your battlefield effectiveness.

• Ease of Play - eager to jump right in and join the fight? Just click the big 'Battle' button at the top of the screen any time to get your Battalion's boots on the ground in seconds. The controls are intuitive to keep the action flowing, and many visual elements in the interface offer helpful mouse-over tooltips.

Battle Battalions reviews and comments

I Can only recommend! First Of all, I didn't just capture the 1.4 Hours that Steam has recorded because I played directly through the Client instead of Steam for a Long Time. The only Negative Points are 1. The far too low Player count-Petroglyph Should urgently Advertise this Game 2. For a long Time (since March 2016) no Updates came, but this Month one came again, hopefully the Game is now constantly evolving! 3. Heavily upped Battalions have extremely high Replenishment costs per Battle-this still requires Customization so that the Game does not slowly slide towards Pay2Win. -Especially for After-singers, however, this is not really relevant. Pros: A Game that uses gradually unlockable Abilities and various Eiheiten to combine MOBA elements with (scissor stone paper) Strategy elements. It should be noted that one and the same Weapon is not equally effective against different Types of Armor (i.e. different Enemies). For example, the heavy Tank Juggernaut: The heavy Cannon causes overwhelming damage to all Tanks and most Vehicles, but has to shoot at a single Infantryman for minutes to get them dead. The heavy Armor, in turn, stops the Damage of MG fires and small Guns practically completely, but armour-piercing Missiles or Attacks from behind are quickly his Death Sentence. Especially with heavy Tanks: As in the good old Company of Heroes align the Front Armor to the opponent (hold right click down and pull in the desired Direction). It is also important to know that there is NO RESPAWN IN this Game. Dies a Unit she is also dead for the entire Rest of the Match. With Infantry units, the Death of a Unit is powerable (since significantly more Infantry can be accommodated in a Battalion than, for example, tanks-also for reasons of balance), but a Crusader (medium Tank) dies or even a Juggernaut that is already a serious one. Loss of Firepower, etc., and can partially decide a Game. Therefore, Always withdraw nicely in time and, if necessary (if any), throw on a resistance bonus. Long-term Motivation offers a large Research Tree for every Battalion. With the HELP of the EP earned in each Battle, you can unlock new Abilities, Passive Bonuses or so-called Support Ballies (Loadouts with special Abilities), which can then be purchased with the Credits obtained in the Battles. Most of these Abilities can then also be used in all other Battalions, and the Majority of passive Bonuses also affect all Battalions (E.g. All your juggernaut tanks in all Battalions cause 5% more Damage). All in all: Clearly recommended ... And hopefully Petroglyph Understands that you should also advertise for this Game.
